I printed out the design onto a smooth white card and cut out. I layered the overlap on top of my main picture and placed the whole design onto a pearlised pink card.
I punched out a fine row of lace which I placed along one edge, added a narrow gold ribbon and some small diamentes.
I used gold peel off greetings and glowers to finish.
