I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage and the envelope design using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the border and to the centre of the flowers to enhance the lovely card.
