I printed on to photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. To embellish I punched some circles from silver mirror card and added these to the card. A great fun design.
I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I then cut around the design leaving no borders. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Such a great amusing design
