Nurse Margaret Get Well Soon
a decoupage sheet featuring that lovable nurse.
Margaret she looks very stiff and firm but is a big softy really and knows all about good nursing care, her comment being.... do you want to speak to the doctor in charge, or to the nurse who actually knows what's going on! (oh how true that statement is) get well soon tag provided for the placement of your choice but could also be used as a congratulations card for a newly quailified nurse.

I printed Nurse Margret onto gloss photo paper. I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount this card top onto card stock, that I folded to make the card.
I cut her face out a little different, I cut the bottom half off just under the glasses and around the nose, so that her nose would stick out more. I will also admit to cutting the tip off the needle.
This is a very fun card top.
I printed sheet onto smooth card and cut out all the elements. I used dst to stick the main image to a card blank, then foam pads for the layers.
