Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape onto a coloured folded card I then added a die cut border in blue and insert to complete this gorgeous design.
I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with a patterned paper from my stash of Pink Petticoat papers. Mounted the topper on to my card. Layered all elements. Added two sentiment tags.. A brilliant, fun design.

I printed on matte card, used foam squares to add the decoupage, used glitter glue applied with a brush to give some highllights, and made a matching envelope to finish.
