Experimenting With New Cooking Methods...

I have been watching cooking and technique shows on my new ROKU channel. They also give some of the recipes too. I especially enjoy learning how to pair wine, use knives and the very best ingredients from around the world.

For example after a month of research using the suggestions from the American Culinary Institute, I found the best olive oils to be from Greece and Italy.

Mediterranean cooking has been my new focus with lots of vegetables using my new knives. One of my favorite recipes is Greek Watermelon Salad!

Finally In And Settled...

Well, Im finally moved into my new home. I just love it, my other home was more than twice as large and was just too big for me.

Now, Im very content and comfortable in just 4 rooms.

I even have a palm tree on the property and a screened in patio. It was a good decision and Im glad to be here and settled. I also helps that my best friend is only a few hundred feet down the road.

Moving...

Well, I thought I was moving back up north to Pennsylvania. But my doctor said no go, so since I have already sold my house, Im looking for a place down here in Florida, the sunshine state.

I think Ive found a great place just a few miles away in the same town. Its a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath in a senior community, which is exactly what I am looking for. It even has a club house and swimming pool. Im excited about this home and hope to see it soon.

Moving...

Well it looks like I wont be moving north as it turns out. My dr. says because of my COPD I should stay out of the cold, so Im staying here in Florida, USA.

Because of the 2 hurricanes earlier this year, the states orange crop production has dropped.

I am glad hurricane season is finished for the year and look forward to a beautiful new year spring and summer.

Thanks for looking and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Moving...

Im thinking of moving north from Florida, USA to Pennsylvania, USA. I would be closer to my daughter and wouldnt have to worry about hurricanes anymore. But, its much colder up there so Im thinking of moving in the spring.

One of the things I love about CUP is that no matter where I am I can continue to design for this fabulous company.
