You can use my designs for personal and small commercial use as listed below:
CARDMAKING BUSINESSES, PAPERCRAFTING, & PRINTABLES:
You may use my products to create derivative designs in digitally downloadable cardmaking templates, backgrounds, vellums, toppers, pyramage, and decoupage, including placing the original image which has been used in your derivative craft sheet as a discrete, separate element on the craftsheet if everything is merged into a jpg craftsheet. There is no extended license is required for this usage.
SCRAPBOOKING
If you wish to use any of my resources in a scrapbooking kit you must alter and incorporate them into your own creation. They are not to be resold as is. They must be altered to make it a new original design. Not more than 25% of my resources may be used in a kit.
WEB & BLOG DESIGN
You can use my design resources to create website or blog graphics, banners, headers, buttons, store front designs etc only if the design is a flattened 72dpi.
YOU MAY NOT:
- share the graphics with anyone or any group via e-mail or a downloadable link or in any other manner.
- use any of my products to create your own CU4CU products with.
- use these graphics as is in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.
- turn the graphics into grey scaled items, tubes or brushes and share them in any way.
- add them to Software Programs.
- use the graphics to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.
