I printed the sheet onto 200gsm white card and cut out all the elements. I then glued them together in the correct format and attached the flower to the plaque from sheet cup56971_593 before adding it to a 7" x 5" pink shimmer card base.

I then added a "Best wishes" peeloff to the sentiment rectangle from the same sheet as the plaque.
