download two images, deckle edge one layer as a base, glitter rays using holographic glitter. Matt onto pale mauve card leaving substantial border, matt again onto blue card. add corner peel offs to pale card. Cut two gates using white glitter card. add to blue cardstock resizing so they meet in the middle of the image. Add glitter to angel wings and decoupage onto base image.

Make small sentiment mine says "my gaurdian angel" yours could read whatever you wish suitable for many occasions. Wrap white feather with blue fibres and thread under sentiment, attach with foam tape in top left corner.
