Having run out of A3 card I took one piece of A4 card and cut in half lengthwise and then scored and folded one of the pieces in half lengthwise. I glued the inside of this piece and placed and an A4 piece of card to each side. On the outside I placed a silver peel off over the joins.

I then just printed out the topper and stuck it to the card. I added a blue ribbon to match the blue in the card and added an Christmas greeting from what I had in my stash (never throwing anything away!).
