I printed off this card 4 times cutting out each layer seperately and layering them back up again using foam pads.
The entire topper was stuck to an mid blue A4 landscape card made from an A3 piece of card.
A hint of glitter was added around the bow and a silver bow and silver peel offs where added for finishing touches.
