This one was an easy make I just copied, resized printed on A4 photo paper and cut out the Gothic Fairy for this card.
I used a frame saved from an old card copied onto photo paper also.
I raised the fairy image with foam squares and added just a little glass heart to the frame and Happy Birthday.
The card stock I used for this is a deep deep plum color. This little cheeky fairy is going to grant some lucky guy just one birthday wish! Have fun!
