A4 Ceridwen Elven Princess Card or TopperCompleted by Heather Pearson

Download two images. Attach one to base card I used green pearl. add bronze glitter to hanging basket and tub of cascading flowers.

punch 6 small holes in top of card and thread two different coloured chiffon ribbons through then tie as required.

Cut out elvin princess and add glitter to headress, and various aspects of her dress.

Decoupage onto base image.

Punch out various colours of leaves to match position in lower left and upper right as desired and liked.
