Print image and matt onto light blue card, then onto turquoise card and again onto navy blue card leaving a narrow border on all layers.

Trim to fit gold card onto a white card blank and tie a navy organza ribbon down left side.

Tie a knot around the ribbon towards the top of the card. Add image to top of card, attach sentiment at bottom of card towards the left and add three gems to the right, and three smaller gems to cente of bows on curtains.
