An A4 size 'flattened' version of my After the Ball 3D Single Sheet kit. Would make a beautiful fantasy card front for ladies on lots of occasions, particularly if you print several sheets and make your own decoupage.
I've left the greetings tile plain so that you can add your own peel-offs.

Printed image onto matt gloss card. Added glitter to roses and parts of the dress.
Trim and fit turquoise paper A4 card blank and add backing paper leaving narrow border and add image centrally. Apply small triple bow to left side and peel off corners in blue.
