Print image onto gloss card.Glitter Panels on dress and necklace. Matt onto pearl card and again onto blue pearl card leaving narow border. Attach to white A4 card blank.

Attach two silver hearts at top right edge add two blue hearts to centre and then two holographic hearts to top of them.

Do same at bottom left edge. Make three tiny white bows and apply to left edge of image.
