Print image three times, using third as base layer. I used the framed image and then cut the dress only out of te last.

I then matted base layer onto dark pink card leaving a small border, then onto pink card leaving a much bigger border. Attach onto white card with larger area left at the bottom of the card. Add sentiment in card block colours already used. Attach to middle overlapping image at base of card. Decorate with corner peel offs and a small pink bow as desired. Add glitter if wished.
