Resized image in computer and created decoupage layers. Added these to card after matting and layering.

Using my computer I was able to add the happy birthday sentiment to the image, I then printed the image onto good quality gloss photo paper.I then attached the image to blue mirror board card using double sided self adhesive tape and then attached this to a blank card again using self adhesive double sided tape.
On the inside I used a similar canoue dude insert available for sale on craftsuprint. The image has bright and colourful graphics
