I have made this topper into a decoupage. I used white card and layed some silver shimmer paper on top and scalloped the edges. On top of this I placed the decoupage adding a white jewel to the centre of the bow.
Next to the design I made my own sentiment and mat and layered onto silver mirri card. Above the sentiment I placed a white and silver organza ribbon bow. A really beautiful design.
