This A4 sheet is for making a A4 card topper.
You can either just simply print out and stick to your card or picture, or print a couple of times
and make your own decoupage. Sized very slightly smaller then A4, just enough to matt n' layer on to your project
Please cut the small tab away before use, this does not affect the picture.

printed out 2 copies. mounted one of the prints onto blue miri-card then onto blue pearlised base card. cut out frame from 2nd print. used glossy accents on corners and bow. used glaze highlighter on birds and flowers, and clear glitter on gold frame and bird cage bars. finally added peel-off greeting.
