I backed a pastel blue A5 card with one of the fab papers from cup163658_523 (Rose Garden Rainbow Backgrounds), leaving a tiny border showing.
I then added this sheet with all of its decoupage built using 2mm foam pads. Finally, I finished with a blue sparkly border.
