I folded a piece of A3 ice white pearl in half to get an A4 card.

Then I took an A4 gold pearl card and punched a lace border at the bottom, I also cut off about a quarter of an inch off the top and attached it to the main card.

The main topper was then mounted on to gold mirri, trimmed round and fixed to the card. The decoupage layers were then added using foam pads. To finish I added six pearls and six little sparkly heart gems.
