Green Iris Faery Card Front

I printed two sheets onto 200g paper and cut out all of one sheet and just round the iris of the other sheet and decoupaged them onto a 6 x6 card which I'd glued silver paper onto.

I then duplicated the sheet on the computer and added a verse to the centre and printed onto copy paper then stuck to the centre of the card.

I also cut out one of the fairies and added that to the centre at the bottom. To finish I add blue and gold stickles to the fairy and a little light green to the iris. very sweet card.

The front fits into half a standard A4 sheet. I printed the front onto 120g paper to give more solidity to the delicate decoupage (feet and hands, the rest is easy!) Mounted using 2 x 2 x 2mm foam pads and glue to my base card.

The card is 14 cm square (about 6 inches if my school maths is correct). Stunning colours. I finished with a metallic sentiment.
