This is an A4 design, but I printed it out smaller.

I added Happy Birthday in a graphics program before printing it off, but you could use peeloffs too or if very talented and have a steadier hand than myself you could write your own. :) I matted and layered it onto a blue linen type of paper and applied silver border peeloffs around both the matt and the design.

I then added them to a 5x7 white card front. A cute quick design for a cheery card. Could be used for different occasions also. A good all around design.
