I made up the card in my Printmaster. I put down a green background and then a light green square to put some fishing deco pieces on. These were from another CUP purchase.

I put down a wave and then chose two of the fish from the CUP designer decoupage sheet. It was all printed on photo paper and the deco was put on using sticky pads.
