I printed on matte card twice, wet glued the first picture to a matching base card, cut away the background from the dog leaving just the head and remainder of the card, I used foam squares to add the decoupage, added a lattice trim on the top and used light gold glitter on the ribbons and frame, added gems on the bows then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
