Pretty Blue Fan with Roses and Blue Bird A4Completed by Margaret Dittmann

I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used dark blue coloured card topped with delicate pink coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares.

Finished off with silver trim. dark blue bling and opal white liquid pearls dimensional paint.
