Printed twice on matte card, from the second print I cut around the scolloped edge and used as the first layer of decoupage I used foam squares to add the decoupage, glitter glue to give some highlights and Glossy Accents on the eyes, Then printed a matching insert using a verse from CUP and a matching envelope to complete.
