Used a 5" × 7" card. Glued 6mm dusky rose iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under Happy Birthday text. Added crystal glitter glue highlights on the flowers and kitten.
Attached the matching insert and motifs with d/s tape.
