Printed the picture and the bow twice on matte card, wet glued the first picture to a matching base card, from the second print I cut away the outer framing around the dog and bow and used as the first layer of decoupage.

I added the decoupage with foam squares, used light gold glitter on the edge of the center picture, bow and ribbon, and the sentiments and also put the stripes on the top of the card then used Glossy Accents on the eyes and the gem on the bow to finish.
