I printed the sheet off onto photo paper three times, I cut out the main square, then the spotted square.

Then I cut out the frame square and tags and cut out the dog picture. I layered the spotted square onto the larger one with double sided foam tape.

Then used the foam tape to add the frame and tags and added an insert, really lovely sheet to work with
