Rather than simply printing as-is, I resized by pulling the JPG into Word three times, cropping and shrinking so that I had multiple levels of the decoupage elements (second photo shows this) I printed on white card, and could simply fold the main front/back to form the main part of the card, fitting a 5*5 envelope.

The upper level of the corner flowers are mounted on foam pads. The rose bouquet is done in two levels, one as supplied, the upper cut down to be just the flower heads.
