Little Puppy with Cupcake A4Completed by Norma Howgate

An easy but lovely card to make. I printed onto white card stock and cut out the picture. I stuck this onto a folded white card with double sided tape. To complete the card I added sparkel to the flame, rose and leaves with Stickles.
