I used a Dovecraft 5" x 7" gold metallic card and attached the decoupage with d/s tape. I added extra 3D squares under the poodle to create a raised effect. Glued Musical metal charms from Printable Heaven on the design. Added 3mm gold pearls & gemstones onto the guitar.
Attached crystal, blue & black gemstones on the notes.
