printed this on glossy paper then cut it out, cut a piece of blue card then stuck it to the topper, i cut a white card to size then inked all the edges with blue ink i added the little pieces i used white liquid pearls round the circle and some sparkle on the butterflies, to finish i added happy birthday as a sentiment.
