A very simple and sweet Anniversary topper. I simply printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape and mounted it onto a pretty floral paper.

Finally, I added just the tiniest touch of glitter to the flower on the lady's hat.
