Baby Boy with Stork, Bottle and Bear Open Book A4

I printed this lovely image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image, folded it, added double sided tape just where I had done the fold, raised up the two sides as like a book, then mounted it onto blue mottled card, added gold stork and bootees peel offs to the corners, attached the ribbon banner as a book marker, finished off with gold wording ten little fingers, ten little toes peel offs.
