lovely topper for a new baby card- printed twice at a slightly reduced size - for second layer cut out the backing from the baby boy and umbrella - attached layer with silicone gel - then attached topper to a pale ble pearlescent card - added a blue ribbon down left side with a white flower and blue pearl in middle - then made a greeting on my cameo and attached to card to complete
