I printed out sheet twice onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached first sheet to a scalloped edge white C5 card, cut out round inner book shape from second sheet and attached to first with foam pads and added Granddaughter topper and other toppers with foam pads and finished with pink pearls to corners.

A lovely design.
