I cut three x 1 inch strips of pink polka dot paper and placed them at the top and bottom of the card blank and one across the centre.

I added the pink baby panel and decoupaged the balloons.

I added silver peel offs to the top and bottom of the card and finished it off with 4 silver pearls on the middle strip of paper.
