I printed my design onto glossy photo paper and mounted onto a deckle edged white card using pva glue. I attached the decoupaged pieces with sticky pads. Made the little gift tag and added a cream ribbon to it.

I personalised the card for a friend, but it doesn't have the babies' names on the design sheet for sale.
