Vintage Baby Boy with Teddies A4

I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the main figures from one copy and decoupaged them onto the complete copy.

I mounted it onto a pale blue card blank and then used some glitter heart peel-offs to create a border around the image.

I finished with glitter highlights here and there. This is a quick-to-make design that presents a delightful picture.
