I printed this design onto white card, cut out and folded the base where indicated. I added the topper using small sticky pads and added the decoupage also using sticky pads, and added a pink gem to the bow at the top. The sentiment on the front topper is: CONGRATULATIONS WELCOME BABY GIRL
