Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is another sentiment for Happy Birthday which I have placed inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.

There is a matching insert (cup891226_25427) which I have placed inside to finish the card.
