I used an 8" x 8" white square card and attached self-adhesive lace ribbon along the borders. Added extra 3D squares under the ball, sealion Happy Birthday and clown to create a raised effect. Added assorted gemstones and pearls on the decoupage.
Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the dogs and elephant
