Printed the sheet out on matte photo paper. Cut out the pieces and inked the edges with blue ink. I attached red glitter card to a base card. And then black glitter card on top of that. And then added the card topper on top with double stick tape.
I layered the decoupage using foam pads. This is a very cute card. Very fast work up and I know the recipient is going to love it.
