I started by printing out the sheet on photo paper. I then took an 8 x 8 card and matted it with matt silver card using a tape runner. I matted the main image onto the silver card using the tape runner again.
I then cut out the extra pieces and using foam tape I decoupaged them onto the main image. I finished the card off with a few gems and some glitter glue.
