Print onto 250 GSM cardstock or photopaper. Use glue or DST to attach to blank card. Cut our all decopuage pieces, choose a sentiment and then attach using 3D Foam tape or glue dots.
Sentiments included: You're to Cute, Happy Birthday and to the cutest little girl.

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a white scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage and sentiment. Crystal glitter was dabbed on to the middle of the eyes, and head dress. This is a beautiful bright design.
