I matted my own background paper with red card and added a ribbon across the side, then glued it to a 7x7 inch scalloped card blank.

I re-sized the image in Word, matted it with red card and stuck it to the backing paper using foam pads, added a glass embellishment, gems and plenty of glitter glue!
