I printed the design on Navigator 120gsm and cut out all the elements. I used dst to attach the backing frame and double sided foam pads to add the topper and decoupage. To finish I added some glitter to the poinsettia and the shoes.

I added gem stones to the shoes, bows and poinsettia. A really great design and so quick and easy to make up.
